1) Analyze the controlled object and propose control requirements
Analyze the process and working characteristics of the controlled object in detail, understand the cooperation between the machine, electricity and hydraulics of the controlled object, and propose the controlled object For the control requirements of the C control system, determine the control plan and formulate a design brief.
(2) Determine input/output devices
According to the control requirements of the system, determine all input devices (such as buttons, position switches, transfer switches, various sensors, etc.) and output devices required by the system (Such as: contactors, solenoid valves, signal indicators and other actuators, etc.), thereby determining the input/output devices related to C to determine the number of C/points.

C selection includes the selection of C model, capacity, module, power supply, etc. For details, see Section 2 of this chapter.
(4) Assign/points and design C peripheral hardware circuits
